The Story of Watari in SuikoRPG

Watari was orignally loyal to the woman known as Jillia Blight in the country of Highland, and that was also the time in which he worked for the group known as Kage. When the group left Jillia's and Highland's service, Watari remained with them for some time, but due to a disagreement with his superiors over the missions assigned to them by their next employeer (a man who used them to rule his people with terror and meaningless assissination missions), Watari left the group. However, this came at price since the Kage do not allow people to leave them except through death. Watari recieved the moonshaped scar on his eye from a former peer within the group that caught up to him. Watari managed to dispatch him, an act Watari has always regretted, and continued to run as the Kage continued to hunt him, performing solo mercenary missions and earning a healthy stockpile of cash that he deposited in different cities and accessed under different names to keep himself hidden from the Kage. He entered the Second Fire Bringer War when he was offered 100,000 potch, and during this time ran into the woman known as Ayame from Kage. When asked to duel he defeated her, drawing forth the promise that she would not hunt him and that Kage would back off for the remainder of the war. The Kage and Ayame kept this promise, and when the war ended Watari disappeared without an explanation. His reasons amounted to that he had grown fond of the people he had served with, something he knew was dangerous both for him and the people he cared about. Not wanting to bring the wrath of the Kage down upon Budehuc or his new found allies, he fled. During his absence he once more returned to his habit of taking jobs that fit his moral code (while that code may not be acceptable to many people, to him it was justice and a way to set himself apart from the undiscriminating masters of the Kage). However, the Kage are relentless and finally caught up to him. Barely managing to avoid his killers, Watari debated his options and once more decided to head for Budehuc when rumors of its rather interesting population reached him. Hoping to find sanctuary and a place the Kage dare not defile, Watari once more turned towards Budehuc.
As far as personality goes, Watari is rather difficult. Due to his run within the Kage, Watari's social skills are not what the probably would be normally. His training causes him to instantly categorize people, and he will treat you as he categoerizes you. If he files you in 'Idiot' he will treat you like an idiot. 'Allies' are his basic equivalents of friends and he will be decent, though not overly friendly with a person. Those that garner more of a personal reaction are few and inbetween. Watari tends to be very personal and secretive, habits picked up from the Kage, and usually avoids personal questions he does not care to answer with either vague or cryptic answer - even the question is specific - or will choose not to answer at all. Despite this, Watari does have some social skills, though he is not conciously aware of them. The first is when he is around children. While not parental in any fashion and clearly awkward around them, Watari will tone down his sarcasm when around children, and often takes on the roll of unwilling babysitter or elder brother - the children iritate him, but he will not strike at them in any way, shape, or form. He is also incredibly, formally polite to people who are strangers and do not immediatley go into the 'Idiot' file. He does this to put a wall between him and others - a reaction he is also not conciously aware of. He will even treat 'Allies' like this if he is not particularly close to said ally. The reaction is due mostly to his time spent in the Kage and the time he has been hunted. Already trained to be a lone wolf and self-reliant, Watari hates asking for help or getting other people unnecessarily involved. The days he ran from Kage have only reinforced his need to be lone-wolfish, though he can admit when he needs help.
